The Pigots 1823-1824 Directory
with Links to Essex Public Houses
The Public House, Tavern, Hotel & Inn listed in the 1878 Kelly's Trade Directory for Essex. It only includes Licensed Victuallers, and not the many Beer Houses that are the modern Off Licence.
Plus in 1895, Essex Pubs and their Landlords.
I recommend lunarpages.com as I receive 100% customer satisfaction with them.
As much family history relates to religious records, e.g. baptisms, marriages and burials ; and the various religious faiths have been prevalent in creating much of what is now left as historical records; I link heavily to any areas that envelop these faiths. This includes local parish web sites, copies where relevant of transcribed records, and sites where further information may be found about your ancestors and their history.
