The history of the Peterboat goes back even further in the Osborne Family - John Osborne was admitted in 1695 and his grandson took over in 1739 and is the first John on your list. This information is from 'The Manor of Leigh' by H W King in the record office and Benton's history of the Rochford Hundred.
The first John Osborne was my 7 x great grandfather *****
