Pubs in London Site Map

This is an index to the Pubs in London site, which is useful for two purposes. It aids in people browsing the site, and also allows some additional description to what is available, in the site itself, and as a guide to what may be found from using the search engine.
The Pubs in London site includes a variety of records, from relevant transcriptions of a Post Office Directory for a specific year, e.g. the Beer Retailers or the Public Houses, Taverns and Hotels. And there are also individual pages for a particular Public House, whether it be a licensed establishment, or a Beer House.
The naming of these establishments appears to be a problem in many cases, and it is only by matching addresses to known and named establishments, that a clear picture emerges.

The Pubs in London have been sorted by the Parish in which they are listed in a particular census. This appears to be fairly consistent over time, as compared with Postal Areas or Parliamentary constituencies which change over time. Therefore it is not always completely obvious where to find a particular Public House, and this is where the search engine is useful.
